The New media has revolutionized the technology aspect of our lives.For example, Ipod and Iphones are the latest Kind Of devices which have used the New Media in an enhanced Formed.The old Media used to be for music cassette players and even cd players but the latest trend is Ipod.Similarly,Key pad on our cellphones can be considered as old style technology and now we have touch screen devices.Finger touch in Ipod and Iphones are part of the new media Technology.I would also say that Bluetooth technology is also a part of new media .It enhances our communication although it is verbal.Connecting to devices without the help of wires like priniter , games , and file sharing is also one of the latest technology.Hybrid Computer by Dell which has just started selling is a brand new technology and it requires no wires for connectivity with Monitor , Mouse, Keyboard etc.This is just not all the technology in new media.It doest also mean that New Media has to always deal with Internet or Computers .The new media and technology is also being used in cars i.e Gps devices and cruise controls.As the article cited below mentions that how buniess used new media to interact with other people and how they develop new technolgy for enhancing products and services.

Why the old media is slowly vanishing.The reason is simple the new media comes out with better technology and they are user friendly.It has made our lives easier and simpler.For example lets compare and talk about old media vs new media.Vcr is considerd as old media now.They were used during 1990 to play movies at homes.It would take minutes to forward or reverse the film.Now , we have Dvd Technology now with a touch of remote button we can reach any scene in the movie instantly.Blue Ray Technology is the latest new media for movies.We might see that in upcomin years DVD players might be put next to Vcrs in the old media diary. The new media is replacing the old one for our convience and its quality has improved over the time and it saves time for us.One more example ,Floppy disks were used in the 20th century as the only easy and affordable way to transfer data files.They were not user friendly at all.The memory size and the speed and processing rate was very slow.Now, you will not see one person using floppys to transfer data.The new media is flash drives which are very fast , holds lots of space and processing speed is as fast as comupters.They have made our lives much easier and safer.One more factor that why new media is taking our the fast one very qucikly that companies are aware of the fact that people tend to pick the new media very fast.There is a lot of competition among companies over the products or services which reflect new media.And all this process gives growth to tremendous new media in our lives.
